Who we are
Inprostav is a family business not only because it is managed by two generations of the family, but also because of its approach to employees and customers. We are all friends in the company and we also rely on good relations with customers.
We don't work just to make money, but we also want our work to be fun and our customers to enjoy working with us. We personally care about the good name of the company.
All three executives are trained civil engineers (each in a different field) and have years of experience.The company was founded in 1993. So with us you don't have to worry that we don't have enough knowledge and experience.
We are primarily a construction company. We specialize in new construction and reconstruction of family houses, but we also build administrative, residential and technical buildings.
Another part of the company is projecting.We prefer to design buildings that we can then build ourselves, and thus we are able to prepare projects in such a way that we can build according to them cheaply and efficiently.
A long time will pass between the first designs of how your new home should look and the moment when you finally move in, and you will have to deal with designers, authorities and companies that will carry out the construction. But we can do everything. If you want, we can make a project, arrange everything with the officials and build the whole house for you.
Of course, all the following steps are not binding, so if you get the project done and decide to build with someone else, there is nothing stopping you. It is also not a problem if you decide to leave the construction work to us, but you have your own electrician, for example.
Most of our customers come with already finished project documentation, so it is common for us not to do the whole process. But if we do everything, the customer will save money and nerves.
The designer, who is not at the same time responsible for the execution of the construction, does not need to be interested in costs at all. If we design and build, we must already think about your financial possibilities during the design. Our designer also has a direct connection to the experience of building practice, so he does not design the house based on rough price estimates, but according to reality, and we cannot make excuses for the shortcomings of the project during construction.
What's the biggest nerve-wracking thing besides running around the authorities? Definitely mutual complaining from one supplier to another and shifting the blame for problems like a hot potato. It is therefore smart to entrust the entire construction process to one entity that no longer has anything to make excuses for. One to one - clear responsibility and motivation.

A good architectural design is the basis of a good building. It is important that the house fulfills your dreams but also serves your needs well.
A good architect is above all empathetic, has vision, humility, experience and common sense. He can estimate in which house you will feel the best and how much it will cost you.
Project documentation does not mean only drawing the construction part and network distributions. Today we still need an energy efficiency certificate, fire assessment, geological survey, mycological survey, mining assessment, etc. You can arrange some parts yourself or you can leave everything to us.
Two projects are formally needed: one for the authorities, the other for the construction company. Developing both takes an incredibly long time and is expensive. We do only one project that meets the requirements required both for the building authority and for the construction itself. This saves you time and money.
And there you have it: statements from the building authority, the municipality, the fire department, the administrator of electricity, gas, water, sewerage, the transport inspectorate, the department of property management, usually the department of environmental protection, technical services, road administration and maintenance, sometimes archaeologists, river basins, mining office or railway authorities...
Each authority has different forms, and in addition, individual statements need the statements of other authorities - for example, the building authority needs a statement from the Department of the Environment, but it must have a statement from the municipality and the building authority!
Going through all of this is devastating to the psyche of an ordinary mortal. In addition, inexperience generates unpleasant time delays - and time is always short when building a home.
We know how it goes. Where to go, what to bring, how to arrange it and make it in a reasonable time.
When you have a project, we can already draw up an exact itemized budget. At this point, you will already know for sure how much the building will cost you and what exactly you are paying for and how much.
Now it's up to you whether you want to continue with us or turn to the competition.
Grants are a great way to save money and if you can reach them, we're sure to help you get them. In addition to the well-known program "Green Savings" or "Repair Grandma's House", there are, for example, subsidies from the House Restoration Fund or subsidies for heritage-protected buildings.
We will advise you and provide you with the project and all the necessary documentation.

The construction is paid for in months with a low deposit at the beginning. Here, however, you only pay when the construction has started and you see the excavators or construction material on site, never in advance. For each invoice, you will receive a detailed specification of the work carried out. So every month you have control over the fact that we deal with you fairly and that you do not pay us a single extra crown.
Before we completely finish the construction together, you can go through everything again and think it over. Before the additional payment, you can apply a retention fee, where you do not send us part of the money until we fix something that you are dissatisfied with.

The warranty is a very important part of the contractual relationship with your builder. A house is not a radio, you only get to know if it works as it should gradually, and before something that was not well thought out or executed shows up, a good number of years can pass.
We know that we build well and we only rarely have complaints. That is also why we can offer you an exceptionally long warranty of 5 years. We trust our homes, you can trust us.
What is your style?
Do you want a modern or traditional house? Or are you renovating a historic building? We can do everything.
Most of the work is carried out by our own employees. However, we leave some activities to subcontractors. We have been cooperating with proven companies for many years, with whom we can rely on quality and a good price. Thanks to long-term contacts, it is easier to coordinate the work and thus the speed of construction. However, if the customer wants to use his own supplier, there is no problem to cooperate with him.
Contrary to normal practice, we do not secretly add anything to our subcontractors' budgets, instead we openly include the amount for coordination and construction assistance.
